Contact
Talk to a person.
We’re a small team, so you’ll reach someone who can actually answer you. WhatsApp is fastest — and it’s the product’s own channel, so you’ll see exactly what a student sees.

Are you a parent with a question about your child?
Start with your child’s school — they hold the records and can confirm who you are. If they can’t help, write to us and we’ll work with them.
