Per-subject plans are sized for a full subject cohort — normally 100 students or more in that subject. Smaller class? Say so; we look at those case by case rather than turning them away. Whole-school plans are quoted per school.
The things that move the number
More than one subject
The second subject is 15% off, the third and beyond 25%. Our fixed costs don’t grow per subject, so the price shouldn’t either.
Paying for the year
10% off three terms paid up front.
Paying by instalment
Common, and fine. Access unlocks pro-rata as payments land, or in full once you pass half.
Why per-subject prices start at a floor
The published figure is where pricing starts. Where a school lands depends on cohort size, how many subjects you run and which term you begin — we’d rather quote you a real number than defend a range.
Why whole-school is negotiable
A whole-school plan spans every department and every cohort, so no single figure would be honest for both a 200-student school and a 2,000-student one. Tell us your numbers and we’ll come back with one price for the year.
